Insurance product filings (rate, rule and forms) filed with the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance are now available to the public through the SERFF Filing ("SFA") website.
The Division of Insurance Market Regulation of the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance , ("the Department") collects and maintains various records related to the business of insurance pursuant to Missouri Revised Statutes ("RSMo") Chapter 374. The Department is committed to providing access to public records in accordance with RSMo Chapter 610 ("Missouri Sunshine Law").

All public records, which have not been declared by law to be closed, for which the Division of Insurance Market Regulation has legal custody and control, are available for inspection or copying as permitted by sections 610.021 through 610.035, RSMo. Documents that are closed are not available on this website. Filings will be available electronically through SFA upon the completion of the Divisions review.

Filings can also be reviewed by using a SERFF computer kiosk located within the Department. This kiosk is available by appointment only during normal business hours. There is no charge to review or to download filings on electronic media; however, there is a cost when printing company filings. The cost of printing is 10 cents per page.
