If you are looking for something other than Rate or Form Filings, you can request documents by using the form on the Division of Insurance website: https://www.mass.gov/forms/doi-public-records-request
If you need assistance finding a closed Filing, please email our office directly at carla.kelton@mass.gov and we will provide you with the assistance you need.
