The Oklahoma Insurance Department is pleased to be able to provide you with an alternative method for viewing Rate and Form Filings electronically.

We also offer the two following options for reviewing filings:

1. Filings can be viewed by walk-in or through appointment using the computer terminal for public access data on SERFF (System for Electronic Forms Filing) located at the Insurance Department. Individuals making appointments will be given priority access to the SERFF computer. You may call 405-521-3681 to schedule an appointment.

2. If you need to review a paper rate and form filing, please follow the Oklahoma Insurance Department's Procedure for Requesting Records found at
If you need assistance finding a Rate and Form Filing or if you have questions about what filings are available to the public, please contact the Rate and Form Division of the Insurance Department at or so we can provide you with the assistance you need. We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.
